Here is who you are actually working with
Sergio started ACE Digital Marketing and runs the agency day to day. He has 20 years of experience in IT and operations, including 12 years in hosting and infrastructure. He also runs Nubius Solutions, a cloud infrastructure company that helps SaaS businesses and enterprise IT teams in the US deal with outages, migrations, and scaling problems.
That background matters here. Sergio understands how technology businesses grow, what holds them back, and what actually drives revenue online. He oversees strategy and delivery for every client at ACE.
Sergio Gutierrez
CEO and Founder
Rick has been working in infrastructure and IT strategy for over 30 years. He has consulted for Fortune 1000 companies at Deloitte and Grant Thornton, co-founded Strategic Systems Consulting, and spent years running eApps Hosting through every major shift in the industry - from early web hosting to virtualisation to modern cloud stacks.
He also works alongside Sergio at Nubius Solutions as Strategic Growth and Enterprise Development Lead. At ACE, Rick handles business development and helps clients understand what a realistic digital growth plan looks like for their specific situation. He is based in Punta Gorda, Florida.
Richard (Rick) Lingsch
Business Development
Aiden handles all creative work at ACE - website design, branding, digital assets, and anything visual that supports a campaign. He has a BSc in Product Design with Marketing and Innovation from Maynooth University and a QQI Level 6 in Sales and Marketing Operations. He is also the founder of uBrand, a branding and design studio based in Ireland.
He has hands-on experience with WordPress, WooCommerce, Elementor, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, and Google Ads. When a client needs a website built, a landing page redesigned, or a set of ad creatives that actually converts, Aiden does that work.
